I love to reuse, recycle, upcycle and repurpose wood and other supplies whenever I can. There is something magical about taking something ordinary and revising it to be something extraordinary.
Upcycled/Repurposed raw wood was used to create this one of a kind wall sculpture.
The sculpture measures 20"x36".
Colors used are:
Rich Red
Sunshine Yellow
Marigold
Orange
Watermelon
A finishing coat of glossy lacquer gives a nice sheen while still allowing the raw feel of the wood to show through.
A wonderful way to add depth and interest while making a modern artistic statement.
