The "Birds of a Feather" Collection is a OOAK (One of a Kind) Beautifully Detailed Abstract Mixed Media Collage comprised of 9 individual wood blocks with a different striking dramatic bird silhouette on each one. No two are alike and each is hand made by me.
You will only find it here! These are my own design and creation.
Each wood block is first hand-cut (by me) and sanded. Then I hand paint with a beautiful, rich blend of colors. Every bird is made of a different scrap paper of black and white pattern. The paper birds are applied to the painted boxes and then carefully covered in a thick high gloss lacquer ---making a unique and beautiful finish!
